I struggled with emotional eating for a long time,I felt stuck in a endless cycling of dieting and overeating. I had resigned myself to a life of feeling unhappy and being over weight
UNTILL…
I discovered a completely different approach that literally changed my life!
No diets, no weighing or counting calories, no extreme exercise programs, no restricting or depriving myself of certain foods or relying on willpower to resist temptation.
I just no longer wanting or needed those foods, I felt completely free and liberated to eat and enjoy food whilst still losing the weight!
Since then I helped countless women do the same too!
